The Peace Draft Horse Club offers wagon bookings throughout the Peace Country. We are involved in community events, parades and private gatherings such as weddings and reunions.
We have multiple options for wagons, including general purpose wagons, show wagons. and Vis-à-vis carriages.
As with our wagons, our Horse Teams come in many different sizes and colours and we embrace the differences and spirit those teams provide.

General Wagon Bookings
Rates for wagons start at 250$ for the first hour and 100$ for each following hour, and can vary based on location and availability. Our wagons hold 15-20 people. To ensure a headache-free booking, please provide as much information as possible when emailing to book a ride such as:
1)Location of Event with directions
2)Planned Route of Wagon Ride
3)Time of Event and Duration
4)Number of Participants
5)Contact name and phone number for the day of the Event
Northern Spirit Light Show Bookings
There are private rides available every night the light show is operational. The first night is November 14 with every Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday until December 5 where we go every day until the 31st except for the 25th.
The horses and wagons run between 6 and 9 each night and vehicles can drive through from 6 to 10.
There are two options for private wagons. Option one is a reserved wagon. It’s a single trip through at a cost of $100. You can have as many people as 20 or is few as one or two. And you get to skip the line after you pay at the ticket booth, go directly to the front and get on the next available wagon.
Option two is booking a Team and wagon for an hour for $200. 6-7pm, 7-8pm, and 8-9pm are our time slots, subject to availability of wagons and prior bookings. Usually an hour gets you about 2 to 3 trips through the light show depending on traffic. If you’re having a Christmas party at a building at Evergreen such as the Tara Centre or old timers cabin we will go directly to your building, pick up your passengers and bring them back at the end of your ride.
Due to the unpredictability of the weather we do cancel day of if it is colder than -25 and we do take into account the windchill.
Payment can be made at the ticket booth through debit, credit, cash or cheque made out to the Peace Draft Horse Club. We also accept e transfers.
